The Enfiex is referred to as "we," "us," or "our" for the sake of clarity. Users and visitors to Enifex are referred to as "you," "your," or "user." We and you are collectively referred to as "both parties" and as "a/one party" individually.
This Agreement applies to all users who trade on the Enifex website and app. Users must abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, subject to and as permitted by any and all laws governing the protection of personal information and data in the country or region in which they reside.
By accessing, using or attempting to use Enifex Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access Enifex or utilize Enifex services.
In its sole discretion, Enifex maintains the right to alter or modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications shall be communicated by Enifex by putting the last revision date, thus, making users aware of this fact.
You must quit using ENIFEX Services immediately if you do not agree to any changes to these terms.
It is advised that you frequently review these terms to ensure that you are aware of the terms and conditions that govern your use of and access to financial services.
Supply of Information
If you voluntarily use the services provided by the Platform, you will be required to fill in and/or provide the following two categories of information in accordance with the requirements of Enifex:
Identity Information: this category of the user information, which may help the Enifex verify whether you are eligible to use Enifex services in higher levels, includes, but is not limited to: your full name, registered address, postal address, official proof of identity documents and the document numbers, as well as all other information that may assist the platform in verifying the user’s identity.
Service Information: this category of user information helps Enifex contact you and provide a smooth service experience. It includes, but is not limited to, your valid telephone number, valid email address, and/or other account information.
You agree that Enifex collects and records IP address of users. Personal data which we will collect includes:
Personal Identification Information: Full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, photographs, phone number, National Identity Cardnumber and/or email.
Formal Identification Information: Government-issued identity document such as Passport, National Identity Card, passport number, national identity card details, and/or any other information deemed necessary to comply with our legal obligations under financial or anti-money laundering laws.
Virtual Identity: Enifex Account/ Password, etc.
Transaction Information: Information about the transactions you make on our Services, such as the address of the recipient, your address, the amount, and/or timestamp.
Use of Information
The information collected by Enifex is used by the platform for the following purposes or in the following manner:
to provide the users with Enifex’s services via the platform;
to improve and upgrade Enifex's services;
to keep statistics on platform usage for use in data analysis in collaboration with government agencies and public affairs institutions;
to send regular emails. More specifically, email addresses will be used by Enifex to send users newsletters, updates, and relevant product or service information, as well as announcements and updates on your orders;
Note: Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or otherwise provided to any third-party company on any ground without your consent, except where doing so is expressly for the purpose of completing the transactions you require.
Protection of Personal Data
Enifex adopts appropriate physical, electronic, management, and technical measures to protect and safeguard the security of your personal data. Enifex will, to the greatest extent possible, ensure that any personal data collected through the platform is free from being subject to nuisance by any third party unrelated to us. The security measures that Enifex may take include but are not limited to:
（1）Physical measures: records of your personal information will be stored in an appropriately secure location.
（2）Electronic measures: computer data containing your personal information will be stored in computer systems and storage media that are subject to strict login restrictions.
（3）Management measures: only staff members duly authorised by Enifex may access your personal data and such staff members shall comply with Enifex’s internal code concerning personal data confidentiality.
（4）Technical measures: encryption techniques such as Secure Socket Layer Encryption may be used to transmit your personal data.
（5）Other measures: Enifex’s network servers are protected by a proper "firewall".
Enifex does not allow anyone under the age of 18 to use Enifex Services.
Right to cancel the orders : you can, in some cases, have your orders cancelled;
Right to object: you can object, for reasons relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your data. For instance, you have the right to object to data discrepancies;
